Saturday Snapshot is hosted over at At Home with Books and is just people sharing a photo they have taken and telling a little about it. I do enjoy my job and am happy to be back at work, but is has been an interesting couple of weeks and I am missing summer right now. So, today’s pictures are ones I took while we were in Key West one year. They were both taken on Little Palm Island and I just loved sitting in those chairs and admiring the beautiful view.
So what do you think? Can’t you see yourself curled up with a good book in one of those chairs? So, anyone else have a Saturday Snapshot to share?

Love the textural feel to the first photo – rough wooden chairs and table and then the softness of the sea oats behind.
Yeah, that is one of the reasons I love this picture as well. All the different textures are fantastic
These look like perfect places to read and dream!
They really were, missing them a lot right now. Just means I need to find an excuse to get back there soon.
I could totally picture myself there!
Yeah, kinda wish I was there right now. Lol
The first photo is my favorite…so tranquil.
Send me the airfare and I am THERE! I get the chaise lounge on the dock and yes, a pina colada and a good book … don’t forget to bring me some sunscreen and a straw sun hat! Thanks!
It’s true, Key West is beautiful. Hemingway, it was said, stayed there often.
The photos are inviting.
That is an amazing view. My Snapshot is http://goo.gl/DncFP
