Moving Time

This past week has been crazy!  My husband and I have lived in Richmond for six years and I have loved my time here, but we are currently in the process of moving.  I have been going back and forth between the DC area and Richmond this past week moving stuff and I am exhausted!!  The bright side, I have learned how great audio books can be!  The downside, I am a little behind on reading because most of my time is spent packing up my current house, driving to DC and then unpacking up there.  I think I have blocked out all my past memories of moving because it is so much work!  I do have posts planned for this week so I should be OK, but if I am slow replying to an email or a comment I promise I will get to you.  I am most likely in the car or buried in boxes.  Alright, off to pack up some more stuff because tomorrow I head back up North with another load.

  1. Oh, I can really empathize! My last move found me uprooting after thirteen years in one place, and I had gotten out of practice with moving.

Before that, I moved a lot. During one decade, I counted up fourteen moves.

I wish you all the best!

  2. Wow, fourteen moves that is impressive! Thanks for the luck, I think I will need it 🙂

  3. Have fun moving, talk to yah when you get back! 🙂

  4. I feel your pain! We just finished moving a month ago, and I will definitely not be packing anything for a very long time. Good luck with everything!

  5. Psshaaa, Don’t forget that Labyrinth manga #4 comes out in August, so you’ve got to read them before time runs ouuuut 😀 And I need to get your books back to you…
