Waiting on Wednesday – Dragon Bound

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted at Breaking the Spine, where we get to gush about books we are looking forward to.  This week I am featuring Dragon Bound by Thea Harrison.  Here is a summary from Library Thing:

Half-human and half-wyr, Pia Giovanni spent her life keeping a low profile among the wyrkind and avoiding the continuing conflict between them and their dark Fae enemies. But after being blackmailed into stealing a coin from the hoard of a dragon, Pia finds herself targeted by one of the most powerful-and passionate-of the Elder races.

Let’s talk about why this book already has me pining for it.  1.  It is paranormal romance novel which has become my favorite genre.  2.  On the cover there are ringing endorsements from Nalini Singh and J.R. Ward.  Two of my favorite authors love this book?  I am thinking that is a good sign. (click on the picture of the book and you can read what they say for yourself.)   Finally 3.  The book has dragons in it.  Dragons would be my ultimate weakness.  Don’t know why I love them so much, but I do.  It’s been that way since I was young, I am fascinated by them.  So naturally I am dying to get my hands on a copy of this book.  Sadly, I will be waiting it out until May, so here’s hoping I can wait that long…hehe.  So what books are you waiting on this week?
