Tempest Trailer!

In celebration of Tempest by Julie Cross releasing on January 17th the trailer for the book has been released.  before I show you the trailer in all its glory, here is a little bit about the book.

The year is 2009.  Nineteen-year-old Jackson Meyer is a normal guy… he’s in college, has a girlfriend… and he can travel back through time. But it’s not like the movies – nothing changes in the present after his jumps, there’s no space-time continuum issues or broken flux capacitors – it’s just harmless fun.

That is… until the day strangers burst in on Jackson and his girlfriend, Holly, and during a struggle with Jackson, Holly is fatally shot. In his panic, Jackson jumps back two years to 2007, but this is not like his previous time jumps. Now he’s stuck in 2007 and can’t get back to the future.

Desperate to somehow return to 2009 to save Holly but unable to return to his rightful year, Jackson settles into 2007 and learns what he can about his abilities.

But it’s not long before the people who shot Holly in 2009 come looking for Jackson in the past, and these “Enemies of Time” will stop at nothing to recruit this powerful young time-traveler.  Recruit… or kill him.

Piecing together the clues about his father, the Enemies of Time, and himself, Jackson must decide how far he’s willing to go to save Holly… and possibly the entire world.

One Grave at a Time Book Trailer

I wanted to share a book trailer with you today that I am really excited about! It is Jeaniene Frost’s One Grave at a Time.  Book trailers can sometimes fall flat and not really match up with the book, but I think this is my favorite one for the Night Huntress series so far and it does match with the tone of the book.  I was lucky enough to snag an ARC of this book so I have just finsihed up reading it (and loving it of of course) and was really excited to see that the book trailer was good as well.  Alright, enough from me.  Check out the book trailer and see what you think.  :)

So, thoughts?  Do you like the book trailer? Not like the book trailer?  Well if you are interested, One Grave at a Time comes out August 30th so make sure you pre-order it and at it to your “to be read” pile.  If you want more information about Jeaniene check out her website here and you can learn more about One Grave at at Time and where to pre-order it here.

Forever and Faerie Ring Book Trailers

I have had a very long week, so today I am going to be lounging around, catching up on some reading and seeing what has been going on in the blogging world.  While going through my google reader I came across two book trailers that I am excited about, so I am going to share them with you. :)  The first one is Forever by Maggie Stiefvater.  I am so psyched for this book, it is the third book in her Wolves of Mercy Falls trilogy.  The first was Shiver and the second book is Linger (review here).  Both were fantastic, so if you have not checked those out I highly recommend them.  Here is the trailer for Forever:

I love the way she does her book trailers!  They are so unique and interesting.  Forever is due out July 12th, 2011 so keep your eyes peeled for that.

The next book is called The Faerie Ring by Kiki Hamilton.  This book is due out September 27th, 2011 and I am really excited about it.  I featured it previously for one of my Waiting on Wednesday posts and have been counting down the day until its release.  Here is the trailer for it:

Looks great doesn’t it?  I love when the trailers for the books comes up, just gets me more pumped up for the release dates.  How about you?  Are you excited for either of these books?
